    Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 1 cup
  • Egg – 5 Nos
  • Onion – 2 Nos
  • Capsicum – 1
  • Carrot – 2 Nos
  • Pepper, cumin powder – as required
  • Coriander leaves – as required
  • Oil & Salt – as required
    Directions

  1. ***Egg Roll Chapati Preparation Method***
  2. Take the wheat flour in a bowl and salt to it. Knead well by adding water to it.
  3. Apply oil on the dough slightly. Let it be kept aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Then knead well again & make small balls and roll it in around shape & keep aside.
  5. Put the chapati in the pan slightly & take it.
  6. Then finely chop the vegetables like carrot, onion, capsicum & coriander leaves in to a bowl.
  7. In that add egg fully. (Break & take white & yellow)
  8. Then put pepper cumin seeds powder, salt and mix well.
  9. In a dosa pan, first put the egg batter &put the chapati on that. Allow it to cook.
  10. Then cut it in to small pieces. Now Egg Roll Chapati is ready.
  11. Egg roll chapatti can be had with tomato sauce.
