- Idli – 4 Nos.
- Spring Onion – Small quantity
- Onion – 2 Nos.
- Egg – 3-4 Nos.
- Pepper cumin powder – Small quantity
- Green Chilli – 2 Nos
- Idli Chilli Powder – Small quantity.
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Oil & Salt
- Egg Fried Idli Preparation Method
- Spring Onion, Sliced Onion, slited green chillies should be kept ready.
- Add Salt, pepper, cumin powder to the egg & beat well.
- Take Steamed Idli & cut it to cubes
- In a frying pan, put one teaspoon of oil, in that add spring onion, sliced onions, slited green chilies and fry till it gets light brown.
- Then add egg batter in the fried things (for 4 idly take 3 eggs, tastes better)
- Let the egg boil in the frying pan. Then add idli to it & top of that put idli chilli powder. Mix it well.
- Serve Hot Egg Fried Idli & Taste it.
